Excellent. Great logs which burn well and superb customer service. Mentioned a tear in a bag a few weeks ago and was given some replacement. This was really appreciated. Highly recommend.
Really good. Although just noticed as I emptied my dumpy bag of logs that there was a hole in the bottom which meant quite a lot were very damp. Still this has it happened before and overall impressed by Countryside Logs.
Nothing bad about this delivery and quality of product. Would like slightly larger logs which I’ll ask about on my next order.

Delivered just where i wanted. Consistent lengths which is important for me. Very dry and leaves little debris when burnt, Lovely smell when stacked.
